Active Youth in the Electoral Process meets in person!
Between 8-10 March and 10-12 March, our active young participant’s separated within two groups were part of a two-days-and-a-half workshop at Dajti Mountain near Tirana.
The workshop was implemented with respect to Covid19 measures, and all participants undertook a test before meeting in person. Several sessions that aimed to give the participants theoretical information about elections and social media but also practical skills on how to implement activities in the context of the Albanian 2021 Parliamentary elections were held during the workshop.
Key sessions were facilitated by Michael Lidauer and Armin Rabitsch, election experts from our Austrian partner organization Wahlbeobachtung and the Central Electoral Commission representative Monika Sinani joined us online with inputs on “The Albanian Electoral System for the 2021 Elections”.
